Founding Member covers this tier as it stands: one workspace, up to 20 seats, the current core surfaces. Future modules, org-level features such as multiple workspaces, and anything with a variable cost sit outside it; usage on our models, if you choose them, is billed at the pay-as-you-go rate. If Lorenz is acquired, your seat transfers with it or the buyer refunds it in full. If we retire it, you get 90 days’ notice, a complete export, and a refund pro-rated over three years from purchase.
